Return & Exchange Policy
At Think a Thunk, we create every item specifically for you the moment you order it. Because we are a Print-on-Demand shop, our return process depends on the reason for your request:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives with a printing error, physical defect, or damage, we offer a 100% replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
- How to fix it: Simply email us at notion@thinkathunk.com with a clear photo of the damage and your order number.
- Do not ship it back at this time: In most cases, you do not need to return the defective item. We will handle the replacement process immediately.
2. Size or Color Exchanges Because each item is custom-printed specifically for your order, we encourage you to use our provided Size Charts to ensure a perfect fit before purchasing.
However, if an exchange is necessary, we offer a 30-day exchange window:
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original, unworn item back to our studio.
- Our Commitment: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a one-time replacement order at no additional production cost to you.
- Limits: To maintain our sustainability goals and minimize waste, exchanges are limited to one per order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because our items are custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns for a simple refund (unless the item is defective). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved (for damaged items), it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to us at notion@thinkathunk.com.
